Please note that I will not instantly answer calls when I consult, in order to remain available for my patients present.  I will respond from 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. only to messages, written or recorded.  

In the event of a life-threatening emergency during the day or if the emergency occurs outside of working hours, please go to a pediatric emergency department of the nearest hospital: Etterbeek-Ixelles Hospital, the CHIREC Delta Hospital, Saint Elisabeth Hospital, Saint Pierre Hospital, Queen Fabiola Children's Hospital, Erasme Hospital, Saint Luc Hospital.

In case of less urgent problems , you can consult my calendar online via  https://rosa.be/fr/elena-dain  in order to organize a consultation within a relatively short timeframe.

In the event of a non-vital emergency during the days when my practice is closed , you can contact the pediatric colleague (s) who will ensure (s) my replacement. Consultations will take place at their office during working hours and only by appointment via the number indicated on my answering machine.

I will get back to you as soon as possible, as soon as I have the opportunity and to the extent possible. No diagnosis can be made without your child having been examined.

I will not respond to emails during my absence or to emails from relatives of patients I have never met in consultation, except for the preparation of the first nutrition consultation.
